RMP Development Consulting Limited understands that each project has its own unique characteristics and as such we have created flexible service solutions to meet the various needs of our Client.
Under a fee-based contract, the Client will mandate RMP Development Consulting Limited at an agreed fee for services provided.
A stipulated price contract may be appropriate for mandates where a project scope, time and deliverable can be well defined. Under this approach, also know as a lump sum contract, the services will be provided by RMP Development Consulting Limited for a fixed fee.
A custom contract would be utilized for situations where incentives or risk sharing were to be considered in addition to the fee-based and stipulated prices contracts or some combination thereof.
